Ptz48 Husquvarna Mower Wheels Locked And Will Not Start

I used the mower for 3 hours yesterday and once I turned it off and used air to blow it off the mower will not start nor move the back wheels are locked

First take out the spark plug. Check the oil level as if you were using it for such a long time you may have depleted the oil. Drain and replace if in doubt as in the event of overheating the oil will get burnt. With the drive wheels off the ground try turning the engine over a few times to see if it is now OK and not seized. Fit a new spark plug. Then re-assemble and try starting again.
