Totally Frustrated With My Husqvarna Riding Mower!

When I needed a new riding lawn mower, I went to a local dealer, which I was told was the best place to purchase a mower. When my mower was delivered and I mowed the first time with it, I noticed it mowed one side higher than the other. I called the dealer and they took it in and worked on the deck. After it was delivered back to me, I saw it still mowed one sided. However, I just kept it and could only mow on one setting which was higher, making it look as though the lawn was not mowed. When I lowered the deck, it was the same problem. One side showed the blade digging into the ground, while the other side looked perfect. When I finally called again, the dealer came, took the mower and kept if for a month and charged me an large delivery fee. I am 72 years old, retired, not much money and am feeling as though I have been abused somewhat by your dealer and Husqvarna as well! I wanted to purchase your product because of your name, which I thought stood for quality. Is there a Husqvarna representative who could come to my home and see first hand why I think Husqvarna should replace the deck on my mower. Also, my warranty was still intact when the dealer took the mower in over a month ago. Can you help me please!
