Husqvarna 350bt Trouble When Throttling.
Ive disassembled carb & cleaned thoroughly , rebuilt carb with Walbro kit.Machine will start on full choke & idle ( on full choke) setting the auto throttle lever ever so slightly the rooms will raise( still on full choke) , open the choke ever so slightly & rpms will raise a LITTLE more & then falls on its face. Ive just recently researched & discovered the HS needle screw , it seems to make NO diff ( when running) wether I back it out 1/2-1-8 turns??!! But however will stall the unit when turned in.Fuel lines are good , fuel filter appears good , plunger/primer bulb working , NEW 50:1 fuel mix in tank. I am stumled & at a standstill , trying to repair for friend to get yard cleaned up before snowfall.Any help & insight will be greatly appreciated.Sincerely , Jasper

You seem to have exhausted yourself on this. I sympathise and suggest you try the instructions given in this document. It explains how to set up a Walbro Carb.

I have used it to some success but there may be something else that is wrong. Are the return fuel pipes etc connected correctly? These are required to get the correct pressure in the carb. They may be fractured allowing air into the system.
