Exhaust Fan Will Not Work

I absolutely LOVE this exhaust fan, light, night light combo. However, the exhaust fan will not work. We put a new capacitor on it. No luck. We're now thinking it's the motor. I've searched and searched for a replacement motor. No luck. Any suggestions?
