How Can I Updait Humax F1 Fox

i have a humax ,i buy it in year 2000 and i never use it execpt i udat it ones then i diden't use it but now i wanna use it but i don't no how i can updat it now, imust tell you that i knew how but it say all the time there is not any updat to my humax! plz help me :(
