Oven Turning On/off By Itself

Our tenant reported his oven turning on/off by itself -- very dangererous. We bought 8 of same stoves for our apartments. Reported first stove to GE doing this 6/7/12 + their technician repaired/replaced part without charge; second tenant reported this same problem 2/17/14. We are now concerned about all the stoves. Has there been a recall on these stoves? What part needs replacement?
