I know it's frustrating when the refrigerator stops cooling. The information you have received is good but does not pertain to this problem. This clicking sound indicates that either the starting device has failed or the compressor. A technician normally has a kit that he can attach to the compressor, along with an amp probe that will help determine which part has failed. Without the kit and meter there is no way to know for sure. In this case, a chance can be taken and replace the starting device # 2319792 and capacitor # 2169373. If the compressor still won't start or starts but then quits again, the compressor # W10309994 will need to be replaced. If it runs ok now, the start device was the problem. It is possible that the power outage could have caused this problem. I hope this will help you.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a technician.

Thanks
