Hotpoint Hsm25gftsa Refrigerator Doesn't Start

We had a power outage and now the refrigerator won't start. The front panel does not turn on either. This is not the first time this has happened; on previous occasions this has also happened after disconnecting the refrigerator from wall outlet. Then, after about 2 days, the refrigerator starts working normally again. Can you diagnose this problem? Thank you
