Hot To Recover My Hotmail Email Address & Folders.

When logging into my Hotmail account it locked me out and required a password change. When I attempted to change it I got a window that said only 1 account could be enabled and if I changed the password the other account would become disabled. Not knowing how I could have 2 accounts I agreed to change the password. Now I cannot access my account or my emails. Is it possible to have 2 Hotmail accounts with the same name? I really would like to retrieve my email address & folders within my account. HELP !! Please. Of course, you're asking for my email below & I cannot access it!!!
