i have a hot mail account and it is blocked they are asking me for a UK telephone no but i live and work in Thailand can you help

You have to contact the administrator of hotmail website. You have to explain all the details of your case like that you are living in Thailand because they might the record that you are living in the United Kingdom. Goodluck.
