Need To Make Complaint On Our Recent Stay At Scarisbrick Hotel In Southport!

On Noise Music , till all hours of the am Health & Safety & Food Hygiene in the dining room, staff unpleasant, not a nice stay atall withmy family from the 9th Aug to 12th very unpleasant experience 3 adults 3 children one only 4 theothers 11 & 15 none of us had any sleep all weekend. Breakfast system disater no one new what to do and if you wondered in and sat down you got told off. Presentation of the breakfast disgusting, running fat in the bacan the cheapest oif everything especially the cereals. Red hot plates & NO WARNING! no serviettes to pick up with. The kitchen staff and chef's unshaven, sweaty looking dirty kitchen wear, and not the right utensils & dishes used for transferring food. The bread used for toast was the cheapest of bread and all thrown in a dish to go soggy and only half toasted at that. The carparking facilty is awfull too, had to park in prince of wales and carry our luggage all the way back, and pay 2-00 per nite, the hotel has re-imburst us for that thou. The whole weekend with my family was spoiled because of this hotel. I have registered this complaint with thehotel and Hotels.com
