Cant Get In Touch With Anyone, 800 Numbers Go To El Salvador. Stranded In Tenn
why will no one help us,. we are stranded in Tenn w a hotel booked through Hotels .com and the hotel is shut down for remodeling. Nobody from toll free number will help and just keep sending us to different departments. Customer service has been horrible and we can get no help. Im looking into legal action]

Try this # 800-346-8357 : Press 1, then 5, then 3, then 0# each time it asks for your itinerary number.
