Removing Rear Wheel Assembly On Hoover Floormate H3000
The rear wheel assembly is rusted and wheel won't turn.NsNSUV

How do I fix my Hoover FloorMate?
Try pushing the "On/Off" switch to turn the FloorMate off, unplug it, wait one minute, plug it in again and push the "On/Off" switch to prompt the brushes to rotate. If they continue to stall, clean the brushes to remove debris that might be stuck.
Can you use Hoover FloorMate hard floor cleaner on carpet?
Answer: No. Had to look up the manual online as mine didn't come with one, but in the manual it says "For use on bare floors or sealed wood floors. NOT for use on carpets."
