How do you change the belt on a Hoover carpet cleaner?

Undo the screws with a standard Phillips screwdriver. Loop the belt over the brush roll fit the brush back into the base and then pull the belt over the motor drive spindle. It may appear rusty but that's ok! Once its all fitted turn the brush roll a few times by hand to make sure that the new belt is not jammed.
