hello my upholstery spray does not work i check all the hosea there clear but i dont think my moter/fan for that piece dont not work can i buy a new piece and where but the reat of the carpet cleaner works

If I am understanding the question correctly this is what I think may be the problems and the solutions.
1. Air is trapped in the pump and hose.
2. The connection to the tool port is loose.
solutions:
1. Turn on the cleaner. If hose does not spray, prime the
pump by lowering the hose down to the floor and hold the
trigger for up to 1 minute.
2. Ensure that the Hose is securely connected to the hose
connection.
3. Take to service center. To find nearest location, visit their
website at www.hoover.com
