How Do I Stop The Solution Tank From Drianing

Draining?  As in leaking?  Make sure you regularly clean the tank as described in the user guide.   Make sure all seals are clean and free of lint or dirt particles.  Make sure the screens are clean and clear.

Beyond the cleaning there is little you can do beyond having the unit serviced.  The tank may be cracked or defective in some other way.
