Water Won't Suck Up.
My new Steamer Vac model #50020 will not suck up the water. I followed the suggestions for troubleshooting in the pamphlet and everything is clicked in place correctly. I haven't used any other tools (for upholstery, etc) and no one else has used it other than myself. And this is a silly question, but should the brushes under the steam vac be rotating? When I read other peoples posts, they mention that the brush wasn't rotating but it seems as if mine don't do that. I am really upset as this is new and have used it maybe 8 times. Thanks!
