Blower Fan Wont Turn Off Despite No Heat Or Cool Being Commanded

we have a new 2 stage keeprite Air to Air heat pump with aux backup. Honeywell th6320r wireless thermostat is being used, fan on thermostat is set to Auto but even when the unit outised is not running (and the aux heat is off) the blower fan continues to run at lower speed eventually cooling the house off to teh point the heat pump must come back on. The longest ive noticed the blower fan shut off is max 6 minutes a couple times a day when home. could it be teh thermostat or is it possibly the way the wireless unit in teh furnace room is wired and if so how do we correct this. The installer says his fan runs all the time as well
