Completely Dead

Got as a gift few years back. only opened last week. Plugged and pushed power switch but nothing happens. Not even power light. Nothing. Opened it thinking may be simple problem. Can't find any obvious problem. A circuit/schematic diagram would help. How do I get it? Thanks. Model: hht-149c-cst
