2014 Honda Civic Maintenance Indicator

Hello!2014 Honda Civic/ The maintenance wrench with issue A1 has appeared on my dash. I looked in my manual what this means and it states oil change=A and tire rotation=1. It also states my oil is at 15%. I have roughly a little over 20k miles on my civic. I just changed the oil when my mileage reached 18k, so I am wondering how come it states my oil is at 15% when it has only been 2k miles since I changed the oil, oil filter and air filter? Can you help me with this issue please?
