Very Dissapointed

My recently(Feb. 28) leased Honda Odyssey 2012 is making a disturbing noise when I take it from "Parking to Rear". Its like a "clacking" sound. The car dealer mechanic says its "normal", that they(2012 H.O.)all make that sound. My nephews exact same vehicle DOES NOT! Please help me:(
