The Anti-theft Radio Code Is Not Being Recognized. It Is The Original.

The battery died and my husband charged it and put in the anti-theft code. The code is not being recognized. He disconnected the battery and reconnected it and tried again. An error code is still being shown. The code is the original. We are the original owners. The code has been used before when the battery was changed or died. This is the first time the code is not working. Any ideas?

The best thing to do would be to remove the faceplate of the stereo then disconnect by removing all of the wires to it. Look at the top of it and there will be sticker with a master code to unlock it.
