The Check Engine Light And Speedometer Fluxuates And D4 Light Flashes.

Most commonly - power supply. Typically this would be accompanied by vehicle lacking in performance power after some time as well, shortly after which your battery will run dead. Check the battery termeinals, connecton etc, if this is intact likely cause is altenator. Check al connections, try another battery ( then display gauges + speedo will be normal again) you could perform a currant test to see if any charge is coming from altenator eliminating chance of wiring defects, although if battery is being drained replacing the altenator would be the key.
