Ge Fridge Frosting Up In The Back Of The Freezer.
I have a GE side by side fridge and lately it has been frosting up in the back of the freezer section and does not stay cold in either the freezer or the refrigerator. I cleaned the back as it was dirty and turned it off and opened the freezer door. At first it woujld not come on at all. I defrosted it some more and now the motor came on but it's not blowing very cold air. What do you think is the problem? I checked the drain line in the bottom back and the hole seems to be open. I checked in the back of the fridge when I cleaned it and took off the rubber hose and it seemed okay as well. I Googled this problem and it appears many people are having the same problems with their refrigerators. Why doesn't GE recall these if everyone is experiencing the same expensive problem?
