Hi,
My name is Jason and would love to be of assistance to you. It is likely that the software just crashed. In some cases even if it is frozen it is possible to power off. I would try this and turn back on. If it is not allowing you to power on or off you may need to soft reset the device. I would like to inform you out of courtesy that this will not change any saved information. To reset the device you are going to look near the SN (serial number), there should be a reset button located there. I hope that I was able to be of assistance to you.
