Bpa-060 Failed

My BAP-060 has stopped detecting my pulse. Pressure goes up to 177 and counts down. No pulse is detected so the heart on the screen doesn't pulse. Somewhere around 60 to 70 it just simply unwinds and indicates an error. Some times it will run the pump a couple more times until the pressure is about 225 or so. The it simply unwinds to near zero and indicates an error. New batteries and the same thing. Powered by a wall wart and same thing.
