Trips Ckt Breaker

My SB10Y sander blows a 20A breaker. All my other power tools work on this ckt. While attempting to run the sander, nothing else is "live" on that ckt. The sander is new, right out of the box. I connected the sander to a different outlet on a different breaker and it blew also.

If it is new I would return it to the retailer for exchange or refund. If it blows a circuit breaker it means that the live cable in the unit is touching the earth or case. This is dangerous. There should be mo issues with returning it as the unit is unsafe.
