Hitachi Model P50h401a Won't Turn On

Unplug the tv.then press and hold the power button for 10secs. Let go wait a min.now plug it in. Turn tv on with the button on the tv.it shpuld come on .if there is a problem the blue light shouldflash poss. Repete count the flashes. That s the code. I f it doesn't come on the fuse or safty diode blew.
