Hdmi Not Syncing

I dont understant why I can't sync any device to the TV through hdmi.

i have already tried the simple solutions and we have went as far as going into safe mode on my son's ps4 and changing the screen resolution we have tried all the ports and selecting each one from the TV menu and still nothing...there has to be some other underlying issue I'm seeing a lot of posts with people experiencing the same issues with these tvs

furthermore we have also tried plugging my computer into all ports and cycling through then and also switched out the HDMI cable so it's definitely the TV and IDK how all the HDMI ports front and back can be not functioning properly simultaneously without having some type of other software or hardware malfunction

Most TV remotes have an INPUT button that allows you to cycle between different INPUT ports. Every device connected to your TV is connected to some INPUT port on the back of your television, or via an amplifier.
Have a look at the different ports at the back of your television or amplifier to confirm to which port the device is connected.
For example, if you're video device is inserted in the HDMI1 port, please use the remote control to cycle to the HDMI 1 input. Also, ensure that the connected device is powered ON.
