Hitachi Cp-x2010 Sound Output Not Working

We unplugged to change the cabe and when we hooked it back up it now is not putting out any sound. Currently have 2 projectors with the same problem. these are brand new cables that have been hooked up.

I refer you to the link to the user manual. There are instructions as to setting up the audio input and output channels depending on video source. It would be worth checking how you have them configured. The manual can be downloaded from here.
