Optical Unit
TV turns off & immediately turns off red light "temp" indicates optical unit is too hot & red lights continues to blink what can we do

More than likely you have a cooling fan failure. If you can get close to the back of the TV listen for a fan noise if it's silent you'll need to replace the fan(s).
