Power/picture Issues

I have a Hitachi 60VG825, that when I power it up the following occurs. Blue Power light comes on, I hear a fan start up. Then a RED Temp light and a RED Lamp light start flashing. No picture or sound at all.Where should I be looking at here?

Check if there is no blockage on the air passage aperture.
Check if the air filter is not dirty.
Check if the peripheral temperature does not exceed 35C.
