Blank Screen On 55 Inch Hitachi Plasma

My son played with remote and now I have a blank screen and no volume....Cant figure out how to do anything. HELPCan i somehow reset everything

First thing is to make you have it set to your tv or satellite input since there's no picture or sound. If there's no problem with the source then go here for a possible solution.
