Hitachi Travelstar Model: Hitachi Hts 20gb 7200rpm Pn 0a57547 Mlc D

Hello, I have a Hitachi Travelstar Model: 7K320-320gb 7200RPM Dated that was in my Windows Vista Hp Laptop. After using the data recovery software, When I try to start up. The hard drive starts clicking and then the computer says "boot error" and doesn't recognize that there is a hard drive plugged in, even in the BIOS system. When I connect it through external usb connector the drive spins normally without the clicking noise as if the head remains away from the platter, on the parked tramp, without being recognized in the computer resource system. Looks like the PCB Firmware is corrupted, there is no burning smell at all on the PCB board. In the Device manager I can clearly see an Exclamation mark on the USB Controller, while the external usb cable activity LED lights Up. What can I do? How can I fix this and get the data from the hard drive? Now the drive is running on all the usb ports, showing up in device system with an exclamation mark on it, further more it says Device cannot start. (Code 10). Thanking you, have a nice day.
