Is There A Reset Button On Hp C4795 Photo Printer

1. Power down the printer and unplug the power cable 2. Push the power button and connect/ plugin the power cable 3. Continue to hold the power button until the led button comes up and now release the power button 4. Now touch the top left icon in the printer screen (arrow icon indicating previous) and then bottom left icon (unlit OK) followed by two more taps of the button on the top left (arrow icon)

If you followed the steps as mentioned above, then at the end of step 4 you should have a screen up in the printer front panel with 4 options - MFG, Reflash, Audit and Menu (the back ground would be all blue). Choose Menu --> Select Next (until you see the menu option provided "OOB Reset") -> Press OK. OOB stands for Out Of Box. By choosing "OOB you will complete the reset.
