I Am Getting An 85:03 Error Code On Hp Z2100 Photo On Startup That Doesn't Clear
The 85:03 code appears and will not clear after a restart machine tells me to call HP support. After some research The code refers to the encoder axis reading. I have cleaned the encoder strip. and I am still getting the same error code can you suggest next steps?

Go to page 79 of the troubleshooting guide for a possible solution. I suggest you go to page 73 of the service manual for the Media drive diagnostic.
