Disply Goes Off After 4/5 Second
I have a lcd hpw 1907. Which goes off after 4/5 seconnds some times it runs correctly. But once we switch off it doesnot displays imediate switch on.

Try the monitor on another PC or laptop to see if the problems transfers to the other set-up. If so then it is a monitor problem. If it works fine then suspect a graphics card issue if you have a desktop as if there is no handshaking the monitor will shut off with no input. It could be a power supply problem on the monitor but you would need an alternative to prove the point. I have attached a link to HP for your device, It may offer a solution.
