My Hp Usb Hesdset Doesn't Work With Win-xp,sp-2

I HAD PURCHED A USB HEADSET(HP)VT501AA FROM KOLKATA BUT IT DIN'N WORK WITH MY DESKTOP PC HAVING WINXP,SP-2.WHAT SOULD I DO?HEAD SET IS DETECTED BY PC BUT WON'T WORK.

I Know the Answer!

In XP, go to control panel and then Sounds and Audio Devices.  See if your default audio can be changed to your HP Headset.  You may have to do the same for recording device.
