T5700 Losing Config After Shipping
WE have 50 T5700 tc's. We shipped them from our work to different meetings for use in a terminal server environment. They are running the linux image that was purchased with it. When I configured them, I created 4 RDP sessions for people who need to access different servers with different apps. After we received all 50 of them at the meeting location, all but about 8 had lost all the configs I had set (all RDP Connections).
Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? I have pondered if this is an issue with scanning the crates for security, however 8 of them were not affected, and they all are in the same location witin the crate (none hidden/protected by layers of objects, etc).
The last 4 times we've shipped and each time, we lose more and more of the tc's config.
Any help would be appreciated!
