Slate 21 S100

hi I got a this yesterday and when i start the installation its freezing. I cant do anything before its freezing. .I try tog do a Hard reset and I start and freezing. .Its freezing all the time what can i do?Can i get som help from sweden hp?

Unfortunately this sounds like a hardware issue. If you bought it new, I recommend either exchanging it at the store you bought it from or calling HP support.
