Hp7510 Will Not Print Black And White Photos Using Black Only Ink On Photo Paper

My HP7510 will not print black and white photographs onto photo paper of any kind but will do so on plain paper, keeps giving me a warning triangle saying conflict and won't allow grayscale or black ink printing for black and white photgraphs on photo paper, it's infuriating. Ink levels are fine but when I ask for a black and white copy it prints in blue. Using Windows 7 OS (which is awful as well). Can anyone help please?
