My Printer Wont Work
I cannot get my printer to print from my laptop everything is connected

Even if you have connected all the cables if you did not install the compatible driver, your HP Photosmart 5510 will not work properly. Install the driver software using the software CD or download it online. Here's the link to the download page of the compatible driver software.
