Ink Cartridge Won't Move
Why won't the ink cartridges move from the right of the printer so I can install new ones? They seem to be stuck.

The very first thing you need to do is to press the power button but not turning off. Just press the power button once. If the cartridge does not move, it might be a hardware error of your HP Photosmart 5510. Unfortunately, there is no available repair for printers since replacement parts are not available anywhere.
