Background Graphics
I have a HP8500A . The background graphic are enabled but they are not printing. I can see them on the screen. How do I fix thbis?

Even if you properly setup your HP Officejet Pro 8500A printer and the LCD display works fine if you have not yet installed the compatible driver software, it will not work properly. Please download the driver software and install it on your computer. Here's the link to the download page.
