Officejet Always Offline!
Our HP Officejet 4500 is always giving us the "Printer Offline" message. We are getting pretty upset because we thought this would be a great tool for our office (All-in-one??) We are out of warranty, so we really don't want to pay a high priced "Guru" to fix it .
