How I Fix The Print Options Via Wi Fi From My Word 2013

How I fix the print option via wi fi from my word 2013. My HP Laptop not recognized the printing from word 2013.

You should be able to click on File in the top toolbar, then Print. When the menu expands to choose the desired HP printer, instead of clicking as you normally would, right click instead on that HP printer and scroll down and left click on properties to open the properties box. Once the Properties box opens choose one of the tabs to make changes, each tab changes different functions. then click on print

If having an issue with printer itself working with the wireless connection you can download a program from HP Support and scan your system to check for any HP Printer issues This program is called HP's Print and Scan Doctor . Once you run the program it should make the appropriate changes and provide a report about the issue(s), if any found, and what was changed to correct these
