Hp M3027 Printer Doc. Feeder Jams And Giving Errors Of 30.01.02.
This printer does the same thing even when replacing the whole adf unit.

According to the service manual, for these errors you replace the scanner assembly (the portion below the ADF). And then if that doesn't work, you replace the formatter.
Naturally I just looked into this, and the scanner is no longer available from HP or my usual sources. I'm guessing they had a high failure rate. You could find a refurb on the internet. The removal is pretty simple (to a service tech) but you *WILL* need the service manual for that one.
