Printer Says It Is Jammed

My printer is telling me that there is a jam or to install a black cartridge, however there is a new cartridge in it and no jam. I have taken it almost appart searching for the jam.

The error you receive may be a 'red herring'.

If you take a look at the HP link:

Access the 'solve a problem' section there is an extensive document explaining how to solve a paper jam. It may just be a case of performing a printer reset following the HP system
