Hp Printer Not Starting Up Always Showing Initializing

Greetings - Not an uncomon issue. If you just installed a new formater, it may be that you did not allow it the 5 minutes it needs to rest the chip and thus you may need a new one again. Otherwise do try pluging it directly to a wall socket to be sure that it is not insuffieciency of power.
