Orange & Green Lights Are Blinking

when printer is powered on orange & green lights are blinking continuously in hp laserjet mfp 1136 printer

The Attention light blinks when the printer is in an error state due to missing toner cartridge, the top cover is not properly closed, or the paper is not loaded correctly or is jammed.To resolve the issue, reinstall the toner cartridge.
